Personalised Flags prides itself on customer service and to help our customers have an excellent buying experience our terms and conditions are laid out in an easy to read format. Please read these carefully as they explain what you can do to give your product the wow factor and avoid any dissapointment on delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns on items except if there is printing fault or the item has been damaged in transit. We cannot accept cancellations of an order once the order has been processed and is in the queue awaiting printing. This is due to the fact that many orders are grouped together and we cannot disrupt this queue. If you have made an order and noticed a mistake on your design please telephone immediately and if the flag has been not printed we will attempt to make the changes for you.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with you order please contact us immediately by telephone on our main office number 01489 574 461 and NOT by email. We cannot accept claims if we have not had the opportunity to re-print your order and expedite a delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all wording and design on your product is as you want it. We cannot accept any claim for a spelling or design mistakes, in the event we spot something on your order that we feel could be wrong we would call you to check this is how you want it but we DO NOT spell check orders as a matter of course. We cannot accept returns for poor printing quality of your supplied images, there are guidelines to using your own images in the help menu on the design page but if you are unsure wether or not they will print Ok then please contact us and we can advise you on this.

There are some differences between RGB colours that your computer screen uses to display colour and CMYK inks which are used to produce your order, in view of this something that looks good on screen may not print the way it looks. For example, a black background with dark blue writing on it may be readable on screen but will be very hard to read on the finished product. In view of this we reserve the right to change the text or background colour to make the text more readable but keeping the style of the design. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish us to make any changes of this kind.

All of our products are produced to a very high standard and it is very important to purchase the product to fit the purpose. We cannot be held responsible for damage to flags that have been placed outside in high wind conditions. If the flag needs to be used in these conditions please ensure that you order the correct flag for this. Contact us if you require more information about our flags.


We offer different types of delivery options and it is very important that you choose the correct option based on when you need your order by. If you require next day delivery then please ensure that you order before 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays). If it is after 1pm and you require your flag for a next day delivery please call our sales team prior to making the order on 01489 574 461 and we'll do our best to help. Please note that we are closed at weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Only the Next Working Day AM (Special Delivery) service options are guaranteed for next day. Please see below for detailed information on the delivery services we offer. Due to some size limitations on next day deliveries with Royal Mail it is sometimes necessary to use a courier service. Our prefered company is normally TNT, but we reserve the right to change this without notice.

With all deliveries, we act as your agent and cannot be held responsible for failures on their behalf. We will endeavour to help you reclaim any loss within carrier's terms and conditions. Please be aware that no responsibilty can be accepted for adverse weather conditions delaying your order.

Please note the if you have selected a tracked service you will not be sent your tracking number as a matter of course. Should you require your tracking number, please email us including your order reference which starts RC and we will email you a tracking link straight back.


Our company will not share your purchase history or information with any third party companies except in the case where a suspected fraud or crime has taken place and only when asked to by the relevant authorities.
We do not store credit/debit card details from online orders as these are managed directly by our online payment service provider and all responsibility for security rests with these companies. We may however inform you from time to time of any special offers by email but any message will have a clearly marked unsubscribe link in the message if you do not want to receive these messages.
